The lawsuit alleges that plaintiff Itria Ventures agreed to lend $350,000 to debtors Rodney Scott’s BBQ and RSBBQ Partners. Nick Pihakis, his restaurant and investment groupsand JER Spirits Investments assured the mortgage and are additionally listed as defendants.
