Social media influencer arrested after allegedly refusing to pay nearly $400 bill at Nashville restaurant
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Social media persona Dalton Eatherly, often known as “Chud the Builder,” was arrested on Saturday, May 9, after he reportedly purchased nearly $400 value of meals at Bob’s Steak and Chop and did not pay for it, in accordance to an arrest affidavit.

According to the affidavit, Eatherly, 28, who movies content material, together with racially charged content material on Broadway, was requested by the restaurant not to live-stream or be disruptive to the eating service.
After ordering two full entrees, drinks and appetizers, totaling $371.55, the restaurant realized he had been live-streaming and requested him to cease.
According to the affidavit, Eatherly turned disruptive and began making racial statements, yelling, screaming and making a scene.
Eatherly then reportedly made statements of not paying for his meals, which he consumed throughout his time at the restaurant, in accordance to the affidavit.
The affidavit mentioned Eatherly meant to deprive, withhold and in any other case refused to make a fee for the meal he had consumed.
Eatherly was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and theft of providers. Eatherly was booked on a bond totaling $5,000.
