Amber Alert issued for Shelton 4-year-old taken during parent visit, WSP says
An Amber Alert was activated on Wednesday by the Washington State Patrol (WSP) on behalf of the Shelton Police Department after a 4-year-old boy was allegedly taken by his father during a supervised go to in Shelton.
Kyson Moen was taken round 12:30 pm Wednesday close to the 600 block of West Park Street, in keeping with WSP.
As of three pm, the automobile was reportedly discovered, indicating that the daddy and son had been taken off on foot, in keeping with an replace from WSP.

Kyson is described as having brown hair and was final seen sporting a black shirt with a Batman brand.
Police recognized the suspect as Joshua Moen, 26, Kyson’s father.
He is described as 5 toes 8 inches tall, weighing about 180 kilos, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
His clothes is unknown, however he has a “Northwest” and tree tattoo on his left arm, “rock” tattooed on his proper knuckles, and “roll” tattooed on his left knuckles, in keeping with WSP.
Investigators stated the suspect could also be driving a blue 2005 Honda Pilot with a Washington license plate CDE7808.
