Protester scales Frederick Douglass Bridge, sparking shutdown – NBC4 Washington
DC’s Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge is shut down throughout Friday night’s rush hour after a protester scaled the bridge with what seems to be a big banner. Police negotiators are on the scene.
