Lubbock couple’s wedding day coincides with George Strait concert

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Bella Sikes and her fiancé John are getting ready for a wedding day they are going to always remember, though not solely for the explanations they anticipated.

“I think it’s something with all the anxiety we have had kind of leading up, that we will definitely look back and laugh and just be like what a crazy coincidence that our wedding was the same night as the George Strait concert in Lubbock,” Bella stated.

Bella says even when the occasion does not final a very long time, it’s going to be a great time, extending an invitation to the entire artists performing this weekend.

“I mailed all six performing artists a personal invitation with a little handwritten note kind of saying the same thing, if you have some free time, feel free to pop over, we will have food and drinks, yeah if they see this, come on over,” Bella stated.
