Ex-Bills coach Sean McDermott taking year off from coaching, aims to improve for next opportunity

Listen, what I noticed in Joe within the 4 seasons, I believe, he was with us, he is going to do job and I’m wanting ahead to watching him. I believe he is aware of and I hope he is aware of that I’m all the time right here if he wants something.”
McDermott will keep his phone close while enjoying his new primary occupation: Dad. He’ll enjoy his mornings spent taking his kids to school. “When you are laborious at work, I’m going via the drop-off line,” he said with the understanding this won’t last forever.
