‘Columbo’ star Peter Falk’s daughter dead by suicide at 60


Peter Falk’s daughter Jacqueline Falk died by suicide on Monday. She was 60.

Jacqueline hung herself in a Los Angeles house, in response to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office.

TMZ was the first to break the news Wednesday.
