Tampa man trying to walk across I-75 near Fletcher Avenue hit, killed by 2 vehicles: FHP
A lethal crash closed the southbound lanes of I-75 near Fletcher Avenue late Wednesday night time and early Thursday morning, however they’ve since reopened.
TAMPA, Fla. – TO tampa man died late Wednesday night time after troopers mentioned he was hit by two autos whereas trying to cross I-75 in Tampa.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was trying to cross the southbound lanes of the interstate near Fletcher Avenue round 11:30 p.m.
Troopers mentioned he was struck by a Nissan Sentra, pushed by a 57-year-old Sun City Center lady and a Lincoln MKZ, pushed by a 20-year-old Lakeland lady.
The man died on the scene.
The crash closed all southbound lanes of I-75 for a number of hours on Wednesday night time and Thursday morning, however they’ve since reopened.

It is unclear why the man was trying to cross I-75.
