Have you seen Lilly? AMBER Alert issued for Tennessee 1-year-old

WINCHESTER, Tenn. (WZTV)— An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon for a lacking 1-year-old Franklin County woman believed to be together with her non-custodial mom, in response to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Authorities are looking out for Lilly Hill, who’s described as weighing roughly 30 kilos with black hair and brown eyes.

According to the TBI, Lilly was final seen Wednesday in Winchester.

Investigators imagine she could also be together with her non-custodial mom, Kasey Hill, who is needed on Franklin County warrants charging aggravated kidnapping, youngster endangerment and legal evading.

Authorities mentioned they might be touring in a blue 2017 Kia Sportage with Tennessee license plate 384BQVJ.

Anyone who sees Lilly Hill or the automobile, or has details about her whereabouts, is urged to name the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office at 931-967-2331 or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
