‘How I Met Your Mother’ actor Nick Pasqual convicted of attempted murder

Nick Pasqual an actor who appeared in “How I Met Your Mother,” has been discovered responsible of the attempted murder of LA-based make-up artist Allie Shehorn.

Following a jury trial, Pasqual was additionally convicted of counts of injuring a partner or companion, first-degree housebreaking and rape, in keeping with courtroom paperwork.

The incident occurred in May 2024, when Pasqual repeatedly stabbed Shehorn, his ex-girlfriend, in her Shadow Hills house. Prosecutors claimed that he broke into her house, attacked her with a knife and fled California. Pasqual was later stopped by authorities at a border checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas, the Los Angeles County district legal professional’s workplace stated.

At the time, Shehorn’s buddies speculated that she had been stabbed greater than 20 occasions. Following the assault, she underwent emergency surgical procedure and spent days in intensive care.

The pair first met on the set of Zack Snyder’s film “Rebel Moon.” Pasqual labored as a background actor, with credit together with “How I Met Your Mother” and “Archive 81,” and Shehorn labored as a make-up artist in motion pictures together with “Family Switch” and “Babylon.”

Prior to the stabbing, Shehorn had filed a restraining order towards Pasqual, which detailed acts of sexual and bodily assault.

Pasqual might be sentenced on June 2. He may face a most sentence of life in state jail.
