49ers free agent WR Jauan Jennings is set to visit the Vikings this week

ESPN’s Adam Schefter stories that San Francisco 49ers free agent broad receiver Jauan Jennings is set to visit the Minnesota Vikings on Monday and Wednesday. This comes after the Miami Dolphins reportedly had interest in Jennings’ companies.

The Vikings can be a terrific match for Jennings. Minnesota simply exercised Jordan Addison‘s fifth-year choice. Addison had his trespassing cost dropped in January. After Justin Jefferson and Addison, the Vikings have subsequent to nothing at receiver. They did not draft or signal anybody in free company. Tai Felton was a third-rounder in 2025. He completed the season with three receptions.

Kevin O’Connell comes from the Sean McVay tree. Jennings has performed his whole profession working the sort of routes he’d run in O’Connell’s offense. Jennings wants to go someplace that has velocity round him. Jefferson and Addison have that. Assuming Kyle Murray wins the beginning job, Jennings could possibly be Minnesota’s “move the chains” receiver.

Jennings is seemingly taking a look at a one-year, $8 million deal that is closely incentivized. In that offense, if Jennings has sufficient alternatives, he ought to have the opportunity to money in.
