“There is the possibility that Nico Paz will stay”

Carlalberto Ludi, sports activities director of Como, gave an interview to ‘Radio Radio TV‘, the place he commented on the fourth place of the Fàbregas group, a place that they’d not anticipated at the starting of the season: “In August, we couldn’t even imagine it; we could only dream about it. We were confident that the team had great technical quality and we know that the coach is a master in developing his players. We had high hopes of doing very well. Now we dream of fourth place, but we still have a long way to go.”

He then spoke about problems with the switch market in relation to the possibility of main modifications in the group, beginning with the place of coach Cesc Fàbregas and the gifted Nico Paz: “There is a complete harmony between Cesc’s ambitions and those of the club; We are putting more and more resources at your disposal to work in the best possible way. Until something happens that we can’t control, we will move forward together. Given what we can offer you, we’re not worried about you leaving right now. Nico Paz is happy here; the possible participation in European competitions could convince him to stay. There is a possibility that he will stay. This is an ideal environment for young players: welcoming, ambitious and focused on improvement. Sooner or later the time will come when someone leaves, but right now we don’t have that feeling.”
