Motorcycle club members charged in thefts from Harley-Davidson dealerships in Pennsylvania



Three motorbike club members are charged in reference to thefts from 5 Harley-Davidson dealerships in Pennsylvania.

Jermaine Holland, Jennifer M. Heist, and Craig Grinage are every charged with legal corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, theft, and associated offenses, the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General stated in a news release on Thursday. Authorities stated they’re members of the Guerilla Motorcycle Club, a chapter of the Maryland-based Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club.

Officials stated the three suspects stole 5 bikes from Harley-Davidson dealerships in Bucks, Dauphin, Lehigh, Monroe, and York counties between April 2, 2025, and July 20, 2025. The stolen bikes have been valued at practically $200,000.

“This brazen and violent group made a big mistake coming into the Commonwealth to commit crimes,” Attorney General Dave Sunday stated in the information launch. “With our law enforcement partners in Maryland, we have built cases that will put a stop to this pattern of lawlessness.”

In most instances, officers stated {that a} member of the club made a small buy contained in the dealership whereas one other member stole a motorbike. At a dealership in Manchester Township, York County, a buyer was allegedly robbed of their motorbike at gunpoint by Holland.

Holland, Heist and Grinage are in custody in Maryland and can be arraigned on prices in Pennsylvania at a later date, authorities stated. It was not instantly clear when they are going to be extradited.

The information launch added that authorities have charged different members of the motorbike club with comparable thefts in Maryland.
