Billy Crudup Was First Hopper Casting, Creators Say

“Stranger Things” Could have been an entire totally different present if creators Matt and Ross Duffer had gotten their authentic casting selection for Chief Jim Hopper — and it isn’t Josh Brolin.

During an interview with “Happy Sad Confused” host Josh Horowitz posted Monday, the Duffers are requested to disclose who their “first choice” was for Hopper on the Netflix sequence. David Harbor He was the one to ask them in a pre-recorded query shared by Horowitz.
