One taken to hospital after Interstate 80 pileup in Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – One individual is injured after a crash early Tuesday on Interstate 80 in Omaha.

Omaha Police officers went to the crash on I-80 close to twentieth Street simply after 2 am Tuesday.

Police dispatch confirmed with First Alert 6 that one individual was taken to the hospital. Weather could have performed an element in what appeared to be a pileup in the realm.

A jackknifed semi on thirteenth Street left three lanes blocked. Drivers have been requested to keep proper and be prepared for delays as emergency crews labored the scene.

Morning snow is expected to impact the Tuesday morning commute in the Omaha metro.
