Wrexham ready ‘to get going again’ in promotion bid
Manager Phil Parkinson says Wrexham’s gamers are “chomping at the bit” because the Championship marketing campaign is ready to renew following the worldwide break.
Parkinson’s facet are seventh in the Championship, stage on factors with sixth-place Southampton, the facet that occupies the ultimate play-off spot and who Wrexham hosts subsequent Tuesday.
Wrexham have seven video games remaining, starting with a go to to strugglers West Bromwich Albion on Friday.
“We’ve used the break, but you can tell everyone’s chomping at the bit to get going again,” Parkinson stated.
“I could feel that today with the lads in training, I really could. Early in the week, we had a break, but everyone was just looking towards the end of the week.
“Going down the Hawthorns, we’re going to have a giant away following down there. Tickets bought out virtually immediately and clearly we will not await the sport.”
