Silver Alert issued for missing 83-year-old last seen walking in Silver Spring

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Detectives are searching for a missing 83-year-old man who was last seen walking in Silver Spring.

Around 9 pm on Feb. 4, the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) issued a Silver Alert for Manuel De Jesus Marquez.

According to police, the 83-year-old was last seen in the 1800 block of Arcola Avenue around 8 am on Feb. 4.

He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, blue shoes and a red baseball hat.
