Colleges throughout northern Nevada, together with Washoe County, closed Tuesday due winter storm

A winter storm warning and anticipated hazardous journey situations have led a number of Northern Nevada colleges to cancel in-person lessons Tuesday, Feb. 17.

The next colleges and districts are impacted:

• All Washoe County Colleges together with Incline Village
• Carson Metropolis College District – All colleges closed. No actions or providers will happen.
• Storey County College District – All colleges closed on account of predicted heavy snow and harmful street situations.
• Bishop Manogue Catholic Excessive College – Campus closed for in-person studying; College students will take part in digital studying.
