Rock legend David Lee Roth set to perform at 100th Cherry Festival


GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) — The National Cherry Festival has introduced that legendary rock entrance man David Lee Roth can be performing Saturday, July 4, for the 100th celebration of the Cherry Festival.

According to the National Cherry Festival, Roth is thought for his electrifying stage presence and intensive catalog of hits.

Roth was the unique voice of Van Halen, serving to outline a era of rock music. He has many chart-topping songs and has placed on numerous giant performances.

He plans on placing on an unforgettable night time on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay in accordance to the National Cherry Festival.

The National Cherry Festival stated that followers can anticipate a setlist filled with classics and fan favorites.

“As we celebrate 100 years of the National Cherry Festival, we’re committed to making this milestone bigger than ever,” stated Kat Paye, govt director. “David Lee Roth is a true rock legend, and his high-energy performance will be an unforgettable highlight of this year’s lineup.”

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 10, at 9 am

Ticket costs are as follows:

  • Premium Reserved Seating: $90 to $68 (relying on seat location)
  • General Admission: $60
  • GT Band EDC VIP Deck: $185
