Michael Lorenzen to start for Italy, Keider Montero for Venezuela in World Baseball Classic semi
MIAMI — Michael Lorenzen will start for Italy and Keider Montero for Venezuela when the groups meet Monday night time in a World Baseball Classic semifinal.
