Gov. Mills no longer attending annual governors’ meeting with President Trump
Maine Governor Janet Mills says she won’t be attending a meeting on Friday between governors and President Donald Trump in spite of everything.
Mills is becoming a member of a number of different Democratic governors boycotting the occasion.
On Feb. 6, President Trump initially stated he would solely be inviting Republican governors to the meeting. The White House then walked again Trump’s feedback and stated all are invited aside from Gov. Wes Moore and Gov. Jared Polis.
