Goldie Hawn Shares Cheeky Response When Asked the Secret to 42-Year Romance With Kurt Russell
Goldie Hawn claims a great sex life is the secret to the enduring success of her 42-year relationship with Kurt Russell. “[I’m] very sexually attracted to him,” the Private Benjamin star, 80, said on The Dan Buettner Podcast of her 74-year-old paramour. “If you have a long-term sexual relationship, that’s actually really healthy,” she says, adding, “He’s my sexual object.”

But giving each other freedom is equally key, she says, comparing herself to a bird. “You leave the cage door open, I may never fly out. But if you close that door, for my freedom and my independence, I would probably take all my feathers off.”
Still, don’t count on hearing wedding bells anytime soon. “Even if we did get married, it wouldn’t make any difference because it’s 42 years now,” she says.
