Five Disneyland employees hospitalized in hazmat situation at theme park


Five Disneyland employees have been hospitalized Tuesday after an odor in a backstage space at the park precipitated them to develop into dizzy and wanting breath.

Anaheim hearth officers responded to the theme park at 12:30 pm after receiving a report of an unknown scent in the Tomorrowland part of the park close to Star Tours, mentioned Anaheim Police Department Sgt. Matt Sutter.

Sutter initially mentioned 4 employees have been taken to the hospital with minor accidents, however Disneyland officers later mentioned 5 had been hospitalized. Several different employees have been handled by paramedics at the park, in keeping with Disneyland officers.
