Motorcyclist airlifted after collision with road grader in Olmsted County
NEW HAVEN TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KTTC) – A motorcyclist from Rochester was airlifted to the hospital after a crash with a road grader in Olmsted County.
It occurred round 2:45 pm Thursday close to the intersection of County Road 3 NW and County Road 105 NW.
According to the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the road grader was probably getting ready to make a flip when the person driving the motorbike tried to go it.
The motorcyclist collided with the heavy development machine, sending him into a close-by ditch with a leg fracture.
He was flown by Mayo One to the hospital for care. OCSO stated he was sporting a helmet on the time of the crash.
