And obviously with the right vision and process in place, we’re going to be a very process-driven organization right now. And I think that wouldn’t surprise anyone with the way that Tom has operated throughout his career.

“But I feel that Klint and I each really feel the help that he is given us to do the day-to-day stuff the proper means and to intensify the proper issues, to maintain folks accountable, particularly the quarterback room. There’s no extra essential room in our constructing from a gamers stand level than the quarterback room — everybody is aware of that. It’s the toughest place in sports activities to play. But, I feel we each are simply very appreciative of the way in which Tom operates and the insights and the data he shares with us.
