NEW DELHI: IPL 2026 enters the ultimate week of the league stage with just one staff confirming its spot within the playoffs, whereas two groups have already been eradicated. That leaves seven groups nonetheless within the race for a top-four end, with simply eight league matches remaining.
Still alive within the playoff race, Chennai Super Kings will host fellow top-four contenders Sunrisers Hyderabad on the MA Chidambaram Stadium in what would be the hosts’ remaining house league sport on Monday.
On Tuesday, Rajasthan Royals will goal to revive their playoff hopes after three consecutive defeats as they host already eradicated Lucknow Super Giants in Jaipur. A day later, Kolkata Knight Riders may have an analogous process at hand as they face one other eradicated aspect, Mumbai Indians, at Eden Gardens.
Then CSK will journey to face almost-qualified Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on Thursday, adopted by Sunrisers Hyderabad internet hosting the one staff already certified, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, on Friday. Punjab Kings will search for a miracle after six consecutive defeats after they play LSG in Lucknow on Saturday.
The remaining double-header on Sunday will see MI internet hosting RR at Wankhede Stadium, adopted by KKR taking up Delhi Capitals within the remaining league match of the season at Eden.
