Indie wrestler reacts to AJ Lee saying she should be in WWE
Jazmin Allure just lately reacted to AJ Lee’s feedback saying she should be in WWE.
Lee, who beforehand mentored Allure in Women of Wrestling (WOW), praised her work ethic in a recent interview. Speaking with Simply Reliable Studios, Allure mentioned she appreciated the Women’s Intercontinental Champion taking the time to acknowledge her in-ring expertise.
“That was so unimaginable. Like I mentioned, she did not have to do this. She’s champion proper now, she’s killing it on TV. She has so many initiatives occurring, and the truth that she took a little bit little bit of her time to put me over and discuss so good about me and say that I should be in WWE is unimaginable.
“She really is like a godmother to me. I love that, even throughout the years, I can reach out to her and talk to her. I just saw her this past weekend, it was so good to catch up. She’s incredible, she’s such a nice person. You know, whenever they say, ‘Don’t meet your idols’. She’s truly one of the most amazing people in this business. And it’s just so incredible.”
Allure beforehand competed on AEW and Women of Wrestling (WOW). Lee mentored Allure at WOW when she labored with the promotion from 2021 to 2023 as government producer and commentator.
Lee returned to WWE in September 2025 after 10 years. She teamed up with husband, CM Punk to tackle Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins. This escalated right into a singles feud with Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, a title she eventually won at Elimination Chamber final month.
