2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs 1st round schedule

Later Saturday, the Minnesota Wild will go to the Dallas Stars within the opener of the Western collection between the second- and -third place finishers within the Central Division (5:30 pm ET; ESPN, SNO, SNW, SNP, TVAS, FDSNWI, FDSNNO, Victory+).

In the ultimate recreation Saturday, the Pittsburgh Penguins will host the Philadelphia Flyers of their Eastern collection opener (8 pm ET; ESPN, SN, TVAS, SN-PIT, NBCSP). Pittsburgh completed second within the Metropolitan, and Philadelphia was third.

On Sunday, 4 extra first round collection will start: the Los Angeles Kingswho received the second Western wild card, will play on the Presidents’ Trophy-winning Colorado Avalanche (3 p.m. ET; TNT, truTV, HBO Max, SNO, SNW, SNP, TVAS2, FDSNSC, ALT); the Tampa Bay Lightning will host the Montreal Canadiens in a gathering of the second- and third-place finishers within the Atlantic Division (5:45 pm ET; TNT, truTV, HBO Max, SN, CBC, TVAS, The Spot); the Boston Bruinswho received the primary Eastern wild card, will go to the Atlantic Division-champion Buffalo Sabers (7:30 p.m. ET; ESPN, SN1, SN360, TVAS2, NESN, MSG-B); and the Utah Mammoththe primary Western wild card, will play on the Pacific Division-champion Vegas Golden Knights (10 pm ET; ESPN, SN, CBC, TVAS, Utah16, SCRIPPS)

The Edmonton Oilers and Anaheim Ducks will open their Western collection Monday (10 pm ET; ESPN2, SN, CBC, TVAS, KCOP-13, Victory+). They have been the second- and third-place finishers within the Pacific.
