Sources: Eagles trade 2027 pick for Panthers QB Andy Dalton
The Carolina Panthers are buying and selling veteran quarterback Andy Dalton to the Philadelphia Eagles in change for a 2027 seventh-round pick, sources informed ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The Panthers signed Kenny Pickett final week to again up starter Bryce Youngmaking Dalton expendable.
In Philadelphia, Dalton will be part of a depth chart that features starter Jalen Hurts and backup Tanner McKee.
Dalton, 38, appeared in 4 video games final season, making one begin when Young was injured. He accomplished 67.6% of his move makes an attempt for 293 yards with one landing and one interception. He had spent the previous three seasons with the Panthers.
