Seahawks Sign Cornerback Noah Igbinoghene

The Seahawks signed former Washington Commanders cornerback Noah Igbinoghene on Tuesday.

Igbinoghene, a former first-round select of Auburn, spent the primary three seasons of his profession with the Miami Dolphins, and performed in 32 video games for the Dolphins, earlier than he was traded to the Dallas Cowboys forward of the 2023 season. “Someone who takes care of his body, takes care of himself, takes care of his mind, all parts of himself, and someone who’s going to come in and be physical,” he stated. “I feel like I fit the defense and fit the team perfectly well. Everything about this culture, about this team, and this team is a championship team. I’m a champion at heart, so I’m glad to be a part of it and see what happens.”

Over his profession, Igbinoghene additionally has some particular groups snaps, returning kicks throughout his profession.

“It’s something I’ve been doing, since high school,” he stated. “I played receiver in high school, and a little bit in college as well, so it’s something I did in college too, and I didn’t even know I was going to be good at it. It kind of just worked out and [I] flowed with it… I’ve been doing it the last couple of years, too. Did it a lot more last year. And so, if I’m called to do that here, then I’ll do it.”
