Man killed in rollover crash on I-40 in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A person died Saturday morning after a rollover crash on Interstate 40, based on the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The single-vehicle crash occurred at 7:15 am Saturday on I-40 East on the entrance ramp of I-440 East, MNPD stated.

The preliminary investigation signifies {that a} Toyota Tundra was touring east on I-40 at a excessive pace when it entered the I-440 entrance ramp and didn’t make the curve. The truck ran off the left aspect of the ramp and rolled.

The driver, Jayson Braddy, 39, of Nashville, was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center the place he died. He was not carrying his seatbelt on the time of the crash, MNPD stated.
