Man arrested for overnight burglary at Carl’s Drug Store


GREENCASTLE- Police within the Borough of Greencastle have made an arrest after a burglary at a historic Franklin County retailer.

Around 12:45am on Saturday, March 14th, the Greencastle Police Department responded to a burglary at Carl’s Drug Store. Using the division’s digital camera system, together with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Flock digital camera system, investigators recognized a suspect within the incident.

The suspect was subsequently taken into custody at his residence within the Waynesboro space.

The suspect, Donald Charles Martin (DOB: 11/20/1973), has been charged with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, and Criminal Mischief.
