WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Freezing rain and rain showers will taper off Thursday night, with pretty regular temperatures. An additional First Alert Weather Day has been issued for Friday night time into Saturday morning for the northern half of the area. Freezing rain and sleet are a priority, which can result in icy situations and potential energy outages. Somewhat higher climate in a while the vacation weekend.
