Ex-Bayern and Colombia star Adolfo Valencia tips Luis Díaz for Ballon d’Or

Ex-Bayern Munich and Colombia marksman Adolfo ‘El Tren’ Valencia believes his compatriot Luis Diaz is within the type of his life and effectively in competition to win the Ballon d’Or.
