San Jose to host men’s March Madness Sweet 16, Elite Eight games – NBC Bay Area
March Madness is coming to San Jose.
SAP Center will host Sweet 16 and Elite Eight NCAA men’s basketball event games on Thursday and Saturday.
The two Sweet 16 contests and one Elite Eight sport will mark the top of the event’s West Regional.
Action will tip off at 4:10 pm Thursday when the No. 11 Texas Longhorns tackle the second-seeded Purdue Boilermakers. At 6:45 pm, the No. 4 Arkansas Razorbacks will battle the top-seeded Arizona Wildcats.
The winners of these two games will meet within the Elite Eight on Saturday. Tip time is just not recognized right now.
The winner of that sport will punch their ticket to the Final Four in Indianapolis the next weekend.
