The National Weather Service issued the watch for Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Wyoming, Genesee, and Orleans counties. It runs till 11PM Saturday.
Areas included within the watch embody Buffalo, Batavia, Jamestown, Medina, Niagara Falls, Olean, and Warsaw.
