JoJo Siwa is addressing her absence from Brooke Hyland’s wedding.
During a latest Instagram Live that was screen-recorded by a fan and posted on TikTokSiwa, 22, answered whether or not or not she was invited to her fellow Dance Moms alum’s nuptials in Fort Myers, Florida, on Saturday, Feb. 21.
“Did I get invited to Brooke’s wedding? No, and I don’t want anyone to make a stink about it,” Siwa mentioned. “Because Brooke and I, we’re very, very, very, very civil, but we never like actually did anything together. And so I have not a single reason to be invited to the girl’s wedding.”

She continued, “So no one makes a freaking… No one makes a stink. Her wedding is not about me not being invited, that is so silly.”
Although Siwa and Hyland, 28, each starred on Dance Momstheir seasons did not overlap. Hyland was a primary solid member on the Lifetime actuality collection from seasons 1 via 4. While Siwa is briefly within the background scene of an open name audition in season 4, she was solely a primary solid member on seasons 5 and 6. Years later, the pair each participated in Dance Moms: The Reunionwhich aired in 2024.
Hyland married Brian Thalman at La Casa Toscana, and invited many authentic Dance Moms solid members. Spotted on the celebration have been Hyland’s sister Paige, Hyland’s mom Kelly, Mackenzie Ziegler, Melissa Gisoni, Nia Sioux, Holly Frazier, Chloe Lukasiak, Christi Lukasiak, Kendall Vertes, Jill Vertes and Kalani Hilliker.
Dance Moms aluminum Maddie Ziegler missed the wedding as a result of she was busy filming a film.

During the Monday, Feb. 23 episode of the Casual Chaos with Gia Giudice podcast, Hyland and her sister shared that they’ve a “great” relationship with their former costars.
“I think with all the original girls on the show, we have a really good relationship. I would say we’re all like sisters. Honestly, sometimes sisters don’t like each other but you always love each other, you know?” Paige, 25, mentioned.
Hyland agreed, sharing, “Yeah, we all live in different places, like Chloe [Lukasiak]’s in New York, Nia [Sioux]’s in LA, same with the Zieglers. So we don’t get to see each other as much as we would like, but any time any of us are in the area, we always try to make an effort to see each other. It’s nice with all my wedding stuff right now that it gives us a reason to be in the same room.”
