PORTSMOUTH, Va. — More than a thousand customers have been with out power in Portsmouth early Monday morning as crews labored to restore service.
According to Dominion Energy, roughly 1,700 customers misplaced power simply earlier than 5:30 am, primarily in and close to the Churchland space of Portsmouth. The outage was brought on by failed equipment.
