Report: Josh Mauro died from fentanyl, cocaine, ethanol overdose

TEMPE, Ariz. — Former NFL defensive lineman Josh Mauro died from an acute mixture of fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol intoxication, in keeping with on-line data from the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner.
